RNA-Seq Analysis of Ts65Dn Femurs: Identifying Dysregulated Protein Networks
Project type
Poster Presentation
Date
April 2024
Location
Indianapolis, Indiana
Conference
Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering Capstone Showcase
Presented capstone research using RNA-Seq data to analyze gene expression in the femurs of Ts65Dn mouse models of Down syndrome. Identified dysregulated pathways, including JAK/STAT and PI3K/AKT signaling, linked to skeletal anomalies. This project contributed to understanding the genetic mechanisms driving developmental deficits in Down syndrome.
